Turn the agenda into a timer lineup.
EzyTimer can start from a template, CSV, saved event file, or a readable PDF/DOCX runsheet. Import early, review the editable preview, then lock the show lineup before doors open.
Recommended CSV columns
| Column | Example | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
name | Opening keynote | Speaker or item |
minutes + seconds | 30 + 00 | Duration |
warningSec | 300 | Warning cue |
dangerSec | 60 | Final cue |
startAt | 09:30 | Optional clock anchor |
notes | Cue walk-on | Operator note |
CSV import
Best for clean schedules from spreadsheets. Use name, speaker, title, or item for the item name; duration as M:SS or minutes and seconds. EzyTimer validates rows, then lets you append or replace. Imports are capped at 500 rows.
PDF / DOCX runsheets
Best when a producer sends a document instead of a spreadsheet. Use text-based PDFs where text can be selected, or modern .docx files. Review the editable preview before importing. Scanned PDFs and legacy .doc files need re-exporting first.
Event files & templates
Best for repeat events or show packs. Saved event files include agenda, timing settings, theme, messages, background, custom themes, and event logo. Finish sounds stay local; built-in templates are useful starting points.

Show-day import rule. Never import a brand-new runsheet five minutes before doors without checking it. Import during rehearsal, confirm the editable preview, run Show Ready, then enable Show lock once the lineup is approved.
