Can I use it before buying?
Yes. The trial is designed for checking your show laptop, display output, controller device, and meeting software before you purchase.
What platforms are supported?
EzyTimer is currently built for Windows 11 show laptops. The controller can be opened from another device on the same local network, including an iPad or phone.
Does EzyTimer work offline?
Yes for live operation. Activate and check for updates while online, then the timer, display, overlay, and controller are designed to run locally on your event machine and room network.
How does the virtual camera work with Zoom and Teams?
EzyTimer can publish the timer display as a camera feed named EzyTimer. Start EzyTimer first, then choose that camera inside Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Why does the installer need administrator permission?
The timer app itself is simple to launch, but the Windows virtual camera component needs administrator permission during install so meeting apps can see it as a camera source.
Can I control it from an iPad or phone?
Yes. Open the controller address shown by EzyTimer on a device connected to the same Wi-Fi or local network. The speaker queue, timer control, display, and overlay stay synced from that controller.
What if the controller tab crashes during a show?
Reopen the controller address. The desktop app keeps the timer state and reconnects the control page, display, overlay, and camera feed when the page comes back.
How do updates work?
Use the tray menu item Check for updates…. EzyTimer checks the public release manifest and opens the download page if a newer installer is available.
What should I send if I need help?
Use the tray menu to run Run Show Ready check…, then choose Save diagnostic report…. Email the diagnostic report with what happened and which meeting app or display setup you were using.
Can I move my license to a new laptop?
If you are replacing a show laptop, contact support with your order email and masked license information. License transfers are handled case-by-case for real replacement situations.
What is the refund policy?
Read the Refund Policy before buying. In short: test with the trial first, and contact support quickly if the product cannot work in your supported Windows 11 setup.
What to test before you use EzyTimer live:
- Install on the exact Windows 11 laptop you will use at the event.
- Open the full-screen display on the real projector, monitor, or confidence screen.
- Open the controller on your iPad, phone, or operator laptop.
- If you use hybrid meetings, select the EzyTimer virtual camera in Zoom or Teams.
- Run Run Show Ready check… before doors open.
