Integrations

One timer across the room and the call.

EzyTimer connects the show laptop to the places timing actually needs to appear: Zoom, Microsoft Teams, a confidence display, presenter overlay, iPad controller, and Stream Deck / Companion operator controls.

Meetings

Zoom and Microsoft Teams

Use the EzyTimer virtual camera as a meeting camera source so remote speakers can see the live timer. No OBS required for basic workflows, start EzyTimer before the meeting app, reset camera system from the tray if needed.

Control

iPad and phone controller

Open the controller from another device on the same local network when the operator needs mobility. PIN-gated access, touch-friendly controls, synced speaker lineup and timer.

Display

Projector and confidence displays

Send a clean full-screen timer to the room while keeping the operator controls separate. Large readable timer, themes and animation toggle, wall-clock option.

Overlay

Presenter overlay

A lower-third style timer for screen shares, speakers, and production desks without taking over the whole display. Show/hide from control, blackout and flash cues, synced timer state.

Buttons

Stream Deck and Companion

Trigger common timing actions from a button surface using local HTTP actions. Start, pause, next, reset, blackout, flash, wall clock, copyable setup actions.

Network

Local network workflow

EzyTimer keeps the event timing system local after activation, so the room can keep running even when internet is unreliable. Offline live operation, role-scoped remote sessions, Show Ready checks.

Best practice. For hybrid events, start EzyTimer first, open your display or overlay, then choose the EzyTimer camera inside Zoom or Teams. Before the show starts, run Run Show Ready check… from the tray.
