Virtual camera setup

Put the live timer into Zoom or Teams.

EzyTimer installs a Windows virtual camera so your countdown can appear as a camera feed in remote calls, with no OBS required for the straight timer-feed workflow.

Step 1

Install with admin permission

Run the Windows 11 installer as administrator so the EzyTimer virtual camera can register correctly. Use the current build from the download page, and restart Zoom or Teams after installation.

Step 2

Start EzyTimer first

Open EzyTimer, load your speaker lineup, and confirm the display timer updates when you start or pause. The camera mirrors the live timer state; use Show Ready before the meeting opens.

Step 3

Select it in the meeting app

Open the camera selector in Zoom or Microsoft Teams and choose EzyTimer as the camera source. Use the timer feed for remote speakers, and keep your real webcam separate if needed.

If the EzyTimer camera is missing, use this fast recovery path before the show starts:
