Checkout FAQ

Buying EzyTimer without surprises.

Answers for the moment around checkout: trial, license key email, invoice or receipt, activation, refunds, transfer, and what to do if something goes sideways.

Who handles checkout?

EzyTimer purchases are handled through Lemon Squeezy as the checkout and licensing provider. They send the receipt, order email, and license key details.

What happens after payment?

Keep your order email and license key. Then follow After Purchase & Activation to install EzyTimer, paste the key, activate while online, and test the show workflow.

Is there a trial?

Yes. EzyTimer includes a 14-day trial so you can test the exact Windows 11 laptop, display, virtual camera, and iPad or phone controller before relying on it live.

What if the license email does not arrive?

Check spam, junk, and the email used at checkout. If it still does not arrive, contact support with your order email and approximate purchase time.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Your checkout provider should send a receipt or order email. Keep it for your records, reimbursement, and activation support.

Can I use it offline?

Activation needs internet. After activation, EzyTimer is designed to run live events locally on the show laptop and room network.

Can I transfer to another laptop?

License transfers are handled case-by-case for show-laptop replacements. Contact support with the order email, masked license status, and reason for the move.

What is the refund window?

EzyTimer has a 14-day money-back policy. Read the Refund Policy, test with the trial first, and contact support quickly if your supported setup cannot work.

Best checkout advice. Do not wait until the event morning. Install the trial, test the projector, iPad controller, overlay, and EzyTimer virtual camera first. If those pass, checkout becomes boring, which is exactly what we want.
