If a controller tab closes or refreshes, the desktop app keeps the timer state and reconnects the controller, display, overlay, and camera feed.
Offline live operation
Activate and update while online, then run the event locally on the Windows 11 show laptop and room network.
Camera reset tool
If Zoom or Teams stops seeing the EzyTimer camera, the tray menu can reset the virtual camera system without touching timer state.

Update checks
The tray can check the public release manifest and open the download page when a newer stable build is available.

- Install on the exact Windows 11 laptop you will use at the event.
- Open the controller, full-screen display, overlay, and EzyTimer virtual camera if your show needs them.
- Run Run Show Ready check… from the tray before doors open.
- If anything is red, fix it before the speaker starts; if support is needed, save a diagnostic report.
