Stable now

Show-ready timing

Core features intended for real event testing today: speaker lineup, next speaker, countdown, count-up, and finish-at modes; full-screen display, presenter overlay, and EzyTimer virtual camera; iPad/phone controller on the local network; Show Ready check, diagnostic report, rolling support logs.

Current polish

Checkout & operator confidence

Work happening around the purchase and onboarding experience: Lemon Squeezy checkout and license communication; clearer public docs for install, security, support, and show day; better first-run guidance for new operators; a more predictable update and download flow.

Planned next

Smarter show workflows

Useful improvements after the purchase path is fully ready: more production templates for common event formats; a deeper theme library and cleaner theme browsing; more Stream Deck / Companion examples; better exportable show reports and setup checklists.

What is not promised yet. EzyTimer is currently a Windows 11 event timer. Native macOS builds, cloud team accounts, attendee analytics, and browser-only hosted timing are not part of the current promise. The priority is making the Windows show-laptop workflow reliable, understandable, and easy to buy.
