EzyTimer is built for live rooms where internet is uncertain and privacy matters. The timer, speaker lineup, display, overlay, remote controller, and virtual camera are designed to run on the Windows 11 show laptop and local network.
Live timer is local
Countdowns, count-up timers, finish-at timers, wall-clock mode, overlays, and the virtual camera feed are designed to keep running from the show laptop.
Event files stay portable
Agenda, timing settings, themes, custom themes, display background, and event logo can be saved into a show file you control.
No account for show day
EzyTimer does not need a cloud account to run the room. Activate the license ahead of time, then run the event locally.
No silent diagnostic upload
Diagnostic reports are saved by the operator as local support files. You choose if and when to send them for help.
Remote control is room-scoped
iPad and phone control use the local network, a EzyTimer PIN, and role-scoped sessions so viewer screens cannot author timer state.
Checkout is separate
Lemon Squeezy may handle payment, billing, order, and license records. Your live event agenda is not sent as part of checkout.
Good to do before doors open. Activate the license, check the installer, test the camera in Zoom or Teams, connect any iPad controller, then run Run Show Ready check… while you still have time to fix the room.
Plain-English privacy promise. EzyTimer is a local event timer, not an audience analytics platform. It is not trying to track attendees, harvest speaker notes, or upload your runsheet behind your back.
